Frequently Asked Questions

Who is not eligible for the tour?

Unfortunately, pregnant women, infants and people with back problems are not eligible for this tour. Blue cave is located in the middle of Adriatic sea and ride is not always smooth.

How can I pay for my tour?

You can book your blue cave tour by filling out the booking form and using PayPal or credit card to pay for deposit. You can also pay full price of the tour upfront - In that case ask us for an invoice.

Can I pay the rest with the credit card?

Yes you can pay the rest with the credit card.

How do I know the reservation is accepted?

After you fill out booking form, you will be redirected to paypal to pay for booking deposit. Upon your payment we will get notification of your booking. We will check availability and contact you as soon as possible. (usually within 1 hour)

What's your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your tour up to 24 hours prior to departure and get a full refund or change date for some other day more suitable to you. If you cancel your tour in less than 24 hours prior to departure we reserve the right to retain the deposit since we are loosing valuable seats on our boats.

What happens if I don't show up for my tour?

Please call us if you are stuck in traffic or running late. That way we'll not leave without you if can find some time to wait for you. If you just do not show up, without 24h notice, unfortunately, you lose your deposit.

What could be the reasons for tour not to happen?

The only reason for tour not to happen is a bad weather forecast. In such an event, you will receive notification and be given several options, including a full refund, rescheduling for another day, or booking a different tour. If adverse weather conditions arise during the tour, such as high winds, waves, or heavy rain, our captains hold the authority to modify the itinerary and/or destinations, in consultation with the management and passengers on board, prioritizing passengers safety. If, by any chance, the Blue cave is closed due to unfavorable weather conditions during the tour, guests will be reimbursed for the Blue cave admission fee.

Our meeting point is Fruit Square in Split, located in the heart of the old town and accessible only by foot. If your accommodation is outside the city center, consider Uber or bus transportation. Should you prefer a pick-up, reach out to us at +385 97 613 2503 before booking. Departure is at 7:30 am, so please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes earlier.
